How Much will it cost to clean my home?

Each home or office is unique. Pricing is dependent on square footage and client need.

What is the difference in cost when one or two cleaners are present?

None. The amount charged is based on a "per labor hour" hourly rate or a pre-determined and agreed upon flat rate.   

Ex:    -One cleaner works for 4 hours

          -Two cleaners work for 2 hours 

           (each person works for 2 hours for a total

           of 4 hours)

Do you work with a team?

Yes!  We have a few wonderful team members that will successfully clean your home.  

How do you handle inclement weather?

The severity of the weather will determine our availability.  It is important that our team members are able to travel safely. 

We respectfully request that the interior temperature be set to 74 degrees while we are cleaning during hotter months.

What form of payment do you accept & When do i Pay?

The accepted payments are:  Check, Cash,  Zelle & Venmo.

*Payment is due promptly at the completion of each service (residential/vacation rental) or per contracted terms (commercial)

Do you work on holidays?

The Wicked Broom will be observing the following holidays :  (All efforts to reschedule will be made in advance)  

 New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & Thanksgiving Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas & New Years Eve.

Exceptions considered for vacation rentals and special events.


are regularly scheduled appointments and one-time appointments available?

Yes, we can schedule cleanings on a regular basis or just a one-time clean.

What type of products do you use?

We primarily use natural cleaning products unless otherwise requested by the Client.  

how do you avoid cross-contamination?

Avoiding cross-contamination is important to us.    In an effort to reduce the spread of germs and allergens, we use the client's own vacuum in their own home.  Additionally, all of the items we use are cleaned after each visit.  

We also offer the opportunity to purchase your own cleaning kit to be used in your home exclusively. 



Do i need to provide cleaning products?

With the exception of vacuums, we bring all other necessary items required to clean your home. If you have a specific cleaning product preference please let us know.

LOL!  We are often asked how the  "The Wicked Broom" name came to be.  

The Wizard of Oz has been a movie favorite since childhood and this is a nod that classic movie.
